Bruce K. Rowley - Managing Partner, Arena South Management, Founding Partner, RSM Marketing.

Bruce co-founded Arena South Management in 2019 along with Alan Banta and Mike Snyder, as his vision to develop an Arena District in downtown Wichita was gaining momentum. The vision started with a partnership to develop a warehouse into creative office space on the corner of Commerce and Waterman. That first project quickly grew to include the FireWorx redevelopment at Topeka and Lewis and the ArenaPointe development of an entire city block in front of the Arena. Today, Arena South Management is the largest developer in the area surrounding the Arena with over 60,000 sf of space developed and leased. ASM has over 50,000 sf of new building projects planned over the next three years in this growing district.

Bruce co-founded RSM Marketing Services in November 2010. The company has since grown to become one of the largest marketing firms in Kansas, employing more than 40 full time marketing professionals in Wichita and Kansas City. RSM has twice been named to the INC 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America. RSM operates additional brands including Hydraulic Studio, 360 Directories and HowToAdvertiseOnSiriusXM.com.

Bruce is active angel investor through Accelerate Venture Partners and is a founding board member of Wichita’s E2E Accelerator and Tallgrass Film Festival. Bruce has also served on the Board of Senior Services, Collegiate School, The Orpheum Theater, Boy Scouts of America Quivira Council and the Wichita Historic Preservation Board.

Prior to founding RSM, Bruce served as an advertising agency executive representing many well-known brands around the world (Lexus, Toyota, ExxonMobil, Nissan, Adidas, Boston Market, Peninsula Hotels). His agency career included leadership roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB and TBWA Chiat/Day working in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Singapore. Bruce also served as Global Brand Communications Director at INVISTA (division of Koch Industries) for apparel brands LYCRA® fiber and COOLMAX® fabric.

Bruce has resided in Wichita, KS since 2003. His son William is a graduate of Emerson College
and works as a cinematographer in Los Angeles. His daughter Madeline is a Senior at the
University of Kansas studying Urban Planning.
