I graduated from North High in 1992 then joined the Army and spent 21 years before retiring and returning back to Wichita to raise our family. I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work at Wichita State University and was previously employed at the Robert J. Dole VA. In 2021 I joined my wife and we enjoyed being the dynamic duo before we kept growing into Team Rangel.
