Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, professional Banquet Server to provide members and their guests with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have a refined palate, an appreciation for fine dining, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Saturday shifts are a must since we have only 1 Saturday this year that is not booked. Now this doesn't mean you work every Saturday. We will do our best to make sure you have a work-life balance. The schedule will vary based on events. Looking for about 20 hours a week!

Some shifts will be a bartender shift and some shifts will be as a server.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly
• Will have a table section and a provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience, anticipating our member’s needs
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, adhering to the highest standards of presentation
• Would be working the bar and have a basic knowledge of bartending
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and care
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the banquet space, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Assist with setting up, clearing, and resetting tables as needed before/after an event
• Support team members to ensure the overall success of the restaurant

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server in a banquet space, fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of bartending and service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive, professional demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends.
